And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.
According to the scripture, the ancient apostles, true Christ like where given special and powerful authority from Jesus Christ the savior of the world ?. This authority allowed them or rather filled them with spiritual power to perform miracles in his name and made it possible for them to declare the word of God authoritatively without fear.
Now the question is why did Jesus need to give the apostles authority before sending them out to minister?
