I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.*
There is a Holy Ghost advocation for the altar of our priesthood to spread everywhere. According to Jacob in *Genesis 28:17* the priesthood altar is a gate, the gate into the heavenlies.
In the light of this, the apostle Paul advocates for the priesthood altar be raised every where the saints of God are. To open gates of heaven every where to resist the operation of the gates of hell, denying them prevalence as Jesus Christ said in *Matthew 16:18-19* using the keys of the kingdom of God which is the power of divine legislation as we sit in Him at His right hand of authority in the heavenlies *Psalm 110:1-2, Ephesians 2:6
This altar requires us to cleanse ourselves as royal priests from anger, bitterness, strife, quarrel, grudge etc. and be consecrated holy, acceptable, living sacrifices to our God so we will excel in our legislation.
At the altar we lift our hands which speaks of
# Pure heart and conscience full of love and faith
# Total surrender of our desiresl, motives and plan to submit and yeilded to His will and purpose for our lives and for the land saying like the Lord Jesus" Not my will but Yours be done"
# Offering of the sacrifice of pure worship and praise
# Faith and trust and readiness to do His will. # Openness and faith receive from God that which the angelic forces are bringing down from above
# Connection to the government of heaven saying - Thy kingdom come and Thy will be done here in my jurisdiction
# Welding the authority of Christ over our jurisdiction and enforcing His counsel to be established; binding and loosing on the earth realm as heaven will endorses it

Royal priests, let's get to work for our High Priest, Jesus Christ is advocating, mediating and interceding before the throne room with His blood speaking better things over us and our legislative assignment.

✓You will walk in dominion and rule in the midst of your enemies.
✓They will become your footstool.
✓You leap over walls and run through troops
✓Your head shall be lifted above your enemies round about in victory
✓Light will shine on your paths and your life enlightened by the Holy Ghost lamp stand filled with wisdom, understanding and excellence.
