Hello everyone,

Recently, I have a query about peace bonds and criminal charges.​

I just received a criminal charge; in order to settle the matter, a peace bond has been agreed upon, and it is anticipated to be signed in November.
I'm now working on my PR application. In IMM5669, question 6 asks about criminality.

Should I answer "no" to all of the questions because the case should be abandoned and an LOE enclosed, or should I say "yes" to question 6b about charges?

I'm curious if anyone knows anything about this scenario; any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
