My iPad 10 (A2696) is running version 17. After I begin writing on the pad, my pencil (A1603) will connect and then disengage. There is no charge left in the pencil.


I've attempted the following:​


  • restarted the pad​

  • BT was turned off, the pencil was unpaired, and paired​

  • I am not sure how to fix the situation. What have I been missing?​
