In reality, I handle clients and projects using Perfex CRM.
And although it's restricted, I truly dig it. My company offers five separate products, each with its own website, help desk, and live chat.Customers can purchase any one of them or a specific item. Therefore, my actual procedure is: Taylor made the main request to use the Perfex CRM. I use Woocommerce for the other four products (invoice is messy). I find Freshdesk and instantly fall in love, but Plan Estate is too pricey! More than 600 euros a year! I enjoy the widget and the various KBs.
What I'm after:
Licensing generator: distinct KB
- Easy ordering for the client
- instrument for project management
- bill
- assistance ticket
- citation and crm I've now found three distinct solutions, but I can't choose!
Please assist me!
1. I purchased a project management and multi-KB module with Whmcs.
2. Maintain perfection and create a custom module to synchronize woo
3. I continue as I am.I want to project a polished and well-organized image of my business.
Tell me if you know of any other solutions, please!
