Tokyo-based Metaplanet Inc. has issued two interest-free bonds totaling $61M to accelerate its Bitcoin purchases originally planned for 2025.

Current Bitcoin Holdings:

1,142 BTC (~$110M) as of December 18.

Stock Update:

Tokyo shares are up 2,023% YTD, but closed down 4.24% today.
